Information: Prices A) and B) only valid on booking directly at the hotel via telephone, fax, e-mail or website´s booking form. Short Stay supplement: add € 10,- per person and day for 1 -2 days Arrival: rooms are available from 2 pm onwards Departure: rooms must be vacated by 11 am Deposit: The fix booking is guaranteed with a deposit of € 150,- per room. Bank transfer to our account: (bank charges to be paid by the customer) Volksbank Enns- und Paltental IBAN: AT414303000020293437 BIC: VBOEATWWROT Cancellation policy:: Cancellation up to 28 days prior to arrival is free, subsequently 70% of the hotel rate will be charged. Cancellation Insurance: Covers all fees occurred by cancellation due to accidents, illness or death of the insured or their children, spouse, sibling, parents or grandparents before commencement of, or during the holiday. The insurance premium is 5% of the booking price. The European Travel Cancellation insurance "Europäische Reiserücktrittsversicherung" can be booked with us. Extras subject to charges: fishing license, lunch at the mountain hut on the "alm excursion".
